BRTC strives to provide a fitness center and training facility offering general memberships, specialized programming, group training, nutrition and wellness classes for people of all ages and abilities.

State of the art selectorized strength and cardio equipment accompanied by several free weight options for general fitness training

           GROUP TRAINING

We offer group training sessions for a wide variety of needs.  Our Base Fitness Sessions are programmed to fit all ages and abilities all while benefiting from the camaraderie of training with others. ut you.

           STUDENT ATHLETES

 

Our Student Athlete Training Program: Designed for middle and high school aged athletes. We teach proper technique, weight selection all while enhancing speed, agility and core integrity.

           PERSONAL TRAINING

One-on-one consolation and programming for members whether beginner or experienced. Our trainers are certified in a variety of disciplines and constantly upgrade their skill sets.

           OLYMPIC LIFTING

 

Olympic Lifting coaches. Learn the proper way to perform the 3 basic Olympic Lifting forms to enhance your training.

           YOGA CLASSES
